350 Sicilia is established to integrate Sicilia into the global climate movement led by 350.org.

Situated in the heart of the Mediterranean, Sicily is a vulnerable region facing wildfires and extreme heatwaves each summer. These climate impacts lead to displacement, loss of biodiversity, and diminishing agricultural land, threatening both the quality of life for residents and the safety of the region. The Mediterranean is hit harder by the climate crisis than the rest of Europe, underscoring the urgent need for a robust climate change campaign. From the beautiful landscapes of Sicily, we raise our voices to the world, believing that through collective action and political collaboration, we can combat climate change and build a safer, more sustainable future.
